1 project overview

The total investment of the project is planned to be about 260 million yuan, and the planned land area is about 60 mu (the specific area shall be subject to the actual measurement on site) to build a project with an annual output of 3 million medical devices and equipment. The total construction area of the project is about 56800 square meters, and 8 intelligent production lines for new plants, office buildings, oxygen generators, forehead temperature guns, atomizers and other products are built.

2 site selection planning

The project is located in the north of Guangchao Road, the south of niujin Road, the west of Xinzhu Road and the east of Qingshuihe wine village. The planned land area is about 60 mu (the specific area shall be subject to the actual measurement on site). The project is "one-time planning and phased construction". The planned land area of phase I is about 30 mu and that of phase II is about 30 mu.

3 construction time

Phase I project will be started in July 2021, completed before the end of September 2022 and put into operation before the end of December 2022; The phase II project is planned to start construction at the end of June 2023, be completed before the end of June 2024 and be put into operation before the end of December 2024.
